"Fancy a Quick Trip to Belfast?"
In February 2023 we had an email from a customer who needed a part picked up from Belfast and delivered same day. This part was crucial, and the supplier was quoting 1 week for delivery to the South of England. With the part being so important, our customer emailed us on the off chance we could sort a quicker delivery.
We asked our customer the size of the parcel, which we were told was small and could fit in a backpack, they just wanted somebody to fly over and pick it up. So on Valentine's Day, Katie caught a flight within 2 hours of the go ahead and collected the part and flew straight back. From the airport, Alex delivered the part directly to the customer, meaning that within 12 hours of the go ahead for the job, the part was delivered safely.

"Sorry it's late at night but I just want to take a minute to commend the service we have received tonight.
I have been struggling to find someone to collect a fan unit after multiple courier services all letting me down.
It wasn't until I rang you folks that it was sorted after a 2-minute phone call. Bank Holiday weekend on a Saturday night and you didn't fail.
